Returns Policy

Damaged Products:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please complete this short online form as soon as possible, so that we can investigate the damages. We will address all damages on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to ensure a satisfactory & speedy resolution. However, any refunds, exchanges or replacements will only be offered after the damages have been investigated.

 

Returns of physical products:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery on physical products.  Refunds will only be provided if the item is unused, not damaged and is in a resell-able condition.  We will refund the full order amount, minus the original cost of shipping to the customer.

Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for returns, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges may also be available depending on the order value.

Should you wish to return an order within your 14 day period, please complete this short online form, so that we can send you everything you need to arrange your return with Hermes. 

 

Digital Products, Bespoke Products & Courses:

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products (such as Gift Cards), bespoke products made especially for you (such as kits & packs, or specially sourced crystals etc.), or Courses.
