UK Mainland Shipping

FREE shipping on orders over £50 to U.K. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We normally use Hermes for delivery to Mainland U.K., but depending on the size of the order may also use Royal Mail.

All UK orders are shipped on a standard service (usually 2-4 days).  Depending on the value of your order delivery may require a signature and will be insured.

Please be aware that due to the ongoing pandemic, courier deliveries may take longer than the standard advertised times.

 

International Deliveries

We currently only ship to Mainland UK via this website.  However, if you are based outside of the Mainland UK please contact us using this short form, so that we can provide you with a bespoke quote & payment option for the shipping to your destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving confirmation that your order has shipped, please contact us at: info@raynbowroom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you asap.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards and other Digital Products will be emailed directly to the customer as soon as the order has been paid for.

  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

However, as a quick summary, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please complete this short online form as soon as possible, so that we can investigate the damages.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery on physical products.  Refunds will only be provided if the item is unused, not damaged and is in a resell-able condition.  We will refund the full order amount, minus the original cost of shipping to the customer.  We do not cover shipping costs for returns, which are the responsibility of the customer.
